How do I add an item to my cart or wishlist?
You can add an item to your cart or wishlist by first clicking the size you want in that item and then clicking "Add to Cart" or "Add to Wishlist."
How do preorders work?
Preorders means that Blackberry Boutique doesn't currently have the item in stock however will have it in stock in the near future. On average preorder items will be available for shipping within 3 weeks however can be longer depending on if the item is on backorder from manufacturer. We will send you an update on the item once preorder has been placed.
How do I apply a coupon code?
Coupon codes can be applied by mousing over your completed shopping cart in the upper right corner and then clicking "View Shopping Cart." Once you're viewing your shopping cart, you will see an area to apply your coupon code.
My order has been shipped, but I still am unable to track it. How do I find it?
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available. If after 48 hours you still are unable to track the package then please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 865-498-3222.
How long till my order ships?
Please allow 2-3 business days for in stock items to be processed.
How do I return an item?
Items must be unworn, unaltered and original tags must be attached to be eligible for return. Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 10 days (unless 10th day falls on a Sunday or a Holiday) from the date the items were delivered to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items will be refunded with online store credit only. Any items marked final sale will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges will be accepted if item is in stock. Exchange item must be sent back to Blackberry Boutique within the 10 day return period and all additional shipping charges (going and coming) will be paid by the customer through PayPal.
All items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items include an extra discount on top of an already discounted item - these are clearance items.

When an item is marked as "Final Sale," it is unable to be returned or exchanged for a store credit or reimbursement of any kind. Final sale items include an extra discount on top of an already discounted item – these are clearance items.
